Monday I met with the Director of Personal training, Kip, he was wonderful to work with. I'm all set up with dotfit.com and have a free year there. He did a little work out with me to see where I was with mobility and flexibility. He sent me an email that said they were both "very good".
I am also set up to meet with a personal trainer Monday, Wednesday, Friday. then Tuesday/Thursday I have group circuit which I did today, it was hard but awesome. It's great to see the trainers so excited about what they are doing, so different from the past time I attended. It was so wonderful and now I'm wonderfully sore!
