Monday I did my strength training plain, that went well. My hamstring is still tight in my right leg, I hope I can get it to stretch out cause it is annoying! I ate well yesterday picked up some more string cheese and some high fiber oatmeal in cinnamon, yum.
Tuesday I had foundations again and they changed up the circuit. I was partnered with a lady who last over 100lbs back in 2006-07 and has kept it off for the past 5 years. She said the hardest part is keeping it off, losing it was the easy part. I had a pretty heavy lunch so for dinner all I had was a piece of string cheese and a bowl of high fiber cereal.
I am down 6lbs total from when I weighed in on Gym day 1.
